The decision to call upon Jesus

The decision to call upon Jesus includes the following:

• Admit you have sinned against God.
• Believe that God will punish your sin with death.
• Believe that nothing can change God’s judgment against your sin except the death of Jesus.
• Believe that Jesus shed His blood and died in your place, was buried, and rose from the grave to live again.
• Ask Jesus to forgive your sin and give you eternal life.
• Trust God’s promise to save you. Romans 10:13 “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
